Shelly Renee Collette

Attorney Shelly Collette was born and raised in Frederick County, Virginia. She attended the University of Virginia for her undergraduate studies where she majored in government and foreign affairs. Shelly graduated from the George Mason University School of Law in 2007, and is currently a resident of Alexandria, Virginia.

Shelly focuses her practice on family law, criminal defense, civil and estate litigation and guardianship and conservatorship matters. Shelly is also a qualified Guardian Ad Litem for incapacitated adults and children in Virginia and accepts appointments in Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William, Shenandoah, Warren, Clarke and Frederick Counties as well as the cities of Alexandria and Winchester. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Virginia as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
